Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We don't ship internationally yet — when that changes, this page will say so.
Rates
- Standard shipping: $7.99 flat rate per order.
- Free shipping on U.S. orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (after any promo discount, before tax).
The free-shipping threshold is applied automatically at checkout — there is no code to enter. If your subtotal sits at $74.99 we will not bend the rule, but adding a small object often gets you over the line.
Handling and delivery
Most ATH apparel is made to order by our print-and-fulfillment partner Printful, which means a small lead time before anything ships:
- Production / handling: typically 2–5 business days from order to label.
- Transit: typically 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. once shipped (longer to Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses).
- Total: about 5–10 business days, end to end.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when the label is generated.
Carriers
Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on size, weight, and destination. The carrier is selected by our fulfillment partner; we don't currently offer a choice at checkout.
Made in America
Apparel and accessories are designed in Highlands, NJ and printed and shipped from Printful's U.S. facilities — primarily in Charlotte, NC. We don't ship from overseas.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before paying. If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out about reshipping at the actual shipping cost. We can't reroute or recall a package once it has shipped.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you don't have it, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office.
- Wait 24–48 hours — sometimes the carrier scans a package as delivered before it actually arrives.
- If it still hasn't surfaced, file a claim with the carrier, then email us at shop@abovethehook.com and we'll help.
If your package arrives damaged, see the Returns & Refunds Policy — we'll replace damaged items at no cost to you.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated by Stripe Tax at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local rules. The amount is shown before you pay.
Customs and duties
Not applicable — we don't currently ship outside the U.S.
